All prices include basic breakfast: (fruit in season, muesli, home-made yoghurt & bread, free-range eggs straight from the chook-house)

 

BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL!

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for 20% booking deposit (minimum $50)

Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is within 2 weeks of booking dates

For holiday periods we ask for 50% non-refundable deposit for cancellations with 4 weeks of booking. Remainder of payment due in cash on arrival.

 

(Extra 10% on all prices over Christmas and Easter periods)
